Jill Allen

Jill Allen, a Civil Engineering Technology/Technician graduate from Western Kentucky University, has extensive experience in the field. Jill was employed at Louisville MSD from March 1994 until their retirement in September 2017, where Jill held various titles including Drainage Manager, Drainage Supervisor, and Project Administrator. Currently, Jill works as a Project Manager at RA Consultants since April 2018.
