Hamza M.

Hamza M. has a diverse work experience spanning over the course of many years. Hamza most recently worked at Aspira as a Systems Engineer III starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they held roles at Aspira as a Systems Engineer I and a Client Application Specialist. As a Client Application Specialist at Aspira, their responsibilities included providing application support, answering customer queries, troubleshooting, and performing testing and reporting on application functionality. Before joining Aspira, Hamza worked at Safeway Canada in a customer service role. Hamza also has experience at SAMIR GROUP as a System Engineer, where they conducted end-user meetings, installed and upgraded applications software, and provided support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, Hamza worked at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre as a Resident Engineer, where they performed installations, maintenance, and support for applications software and desktop systems. Lastly, they worked at the University of Management and Technology as a Lab Engineer/Lecturer. Overall, Hamza M. has a strong background in systems engineering and application support.

Hamza M. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology. Hamza attended the institute from 2005 to 2009. Hamza later pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the same institute from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Hamza M. has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they became a Certified PACS Associate (CPAS) from the PACS Administrators Registry and Certification Association Inc. In 2015, they further enhanced their expertise by obtaining the Certified PACS Interface Analyst (CPIA) certification from the same institution. In 2016, they completed the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

Furthermore, Hamza M. has also acquired technical certifications. In 2013, they completed an e-Learning course on HL7 v2, v3 from HL7 Pakistan. Hamza also obtained the CompTIA A+ 220-901, 220-902 certification from CompTIA in 2017.

Recently, in 2018, Hamza M. obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate certification from Microsoft.
