Jon Thomas is a seasoned General Manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Since June 2019, Jon has held the position of General Manager at Romano's Macaroni Grill, following an impactful tenure as Managing Partner at Carrabba's Italian Grill from February 2011 to May 2019. Jon's foundational education was completed at the University of North Texas between 1984 and 1987.
