Miguel Marques

Miguel Marques has over 8 years of work experience. In 2014, they were the Marketing & Sales Manager at TimePoints. From 2016 to 2018, they were part of the International Graduate Leadership Programme at TUI. During 2018, they were a Python Developer at Enlightenment.AI and a Founder at Remote Crew, where they helped tech companies hire engineers efficiently and helped Recruitment teams set up efficient hiring processes. In 2022, they took on the role of CEO at Raaft.io, where they help SaaS companies increase retention and get better feedback.

Miguel Marques completed their Post Graduation from NOVA IMS Information Management School in 2020, specializing in Enterprise Data Science & Analytics. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2016, majoring in Strategic Management. Miguel also holds a Bachelor's degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, which they obtained in 2014, with a major in Business Administration.
