Jeroen van de Kraats

Jeroen van de Kraats is a seasoned professional in real estate development and management, currently serving as a co-owner at RAAK ontwikkeling since December 2019, where the focus is on innovative real estate concepts such as city hubs, data centers, and business parks. Previously, Jeroen co-founded City Hub, addressing the need for zero-emission supply chains in urban centers by 2025. Jeroen's extensive experience includes roles as a project developer at Woest Developers, an asset developer at TCN, and leading project development at MBB Ontwikkeling B.V. Jeroen began professional career as a work preparer at Bouwonderneming van Bekkum. Educational qualifications include a Master of Real Estate from Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a degree in Building Engineering from Hogeschool Utrecht.
