Hitesh Yadav has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as the Head of Food and Beverage at RAAS since December 2009, a position that follows a progression through various chef roles including Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. Prior to RAAS, Hitesh held the position of Chef De Partie at Radisson Blu Resort Temple Bay from April 2006 to November 2009 and served as Senior Production Chef at The Park Chennai from January 2005 to March 2006. Early career experience includes roles as Commis-II at GRT Hotels & Resorts and a Diploma in Food and Beverage Production from the Food Craft Institute in Faridabad, where Hitesh began formal training in the culinary arts.
