Jacopo Bufacchi, currently serving as Head of Design at Rab since November 2020, possesses extensive experience in various roles within the outdoor and sports industry. With a career spanning over two decades, Bufacchi has also contributed as a Mountain Guide for UIAGM since February 2000 and worked as R&DD at RECCO from September 2019 to September 2020. Prior positions include Head of R&D at Stellar Equipment, Clothing Design Team Manager and R&D at Haglöfs AB, and Technical Product Manager at Peak Performance Production AB. Bufacchi began career formative experiences in 2000 as a tecnico di elisoccorso and istruttore with Soccorso Alpino Valdostano. Educational background includes studies at Liceo Linguistico Courmayeur.
