RAB Lighting
Xinshi Shen began their work experience in 1999 as a Product Chief at Mitsubishi Corporation. In December 2004, they joined RAB Lighting as a Buyer and later transitioned to Quality Manager in January 2007. In February 2014, Xinshi became the VP of Quality and General Manager of RAB China, and in April 2018, they took on the role of Vice President of Asia Operations and General Manager of RAB China.
Xinshi Shen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Donghua University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Xinshi later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Seton Hall University from 2002 to 2004.
