Candace Davis

Candace Davis is the Vice President of Customer Success at Rabbet. Candace has over 19 years of experience in customer success and account management.

Candace began their career in 2002 as an Account Executive at Temerlin McClain. Candace then spent 5 years at GSD&M as an Account Supervisor. In 2013, they became an Account Director at mcgarrybowen.

In 2014, Candace joined Bazaarvoice as the Senior Client Success Director for Enterprise Brands. Candace was responsible for driving revenue retention and growth for Bazaarvoice’s portfolio of clients.

In 2017, Candace was promoted to Vice President, Client Services at Umbel following the merger of MVPindex and Umbel. Candace was responsible for leading the Digital Media and Insights teams along with the Client Success team.

In 2020, Candace joined Medici as the Head of Client Success. Candace is responsible for driving revenue retention and growth of Medici’s portfolio of clients.

Candace Davis has a B.A. in Communications from Texas State University.
