Ashira Konigsburg has a diverse work experience in the Jewish community. Ashira began their career at Ramah Darom, where they held various positions including Assistant Business Manager and Ropes Course Director. Ashira ensured compliance with standards, established emergency policies, and effectively managed payroll and staff documentation. Ashira then interned at Rutgers University Hillel as a Rabbinic Intern. In 2004, they joined The Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS) in various positions until 2010. In 2009, they became the Chief Operating Officer at the Rabbinical Assembly, where they professionalized conventions and provided strategic advice. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Program Officer at USCJ.
