Jacob Vollmer is a Maturation & Processing Specialist at Rabbit Hole Distillery since March 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Production Specialist at Angel's Envy and Tour Coordinator at Copper & Kings American Brandy Company. Early career positions include Studio Photographer at Portrait Innovations, Customer Service Relations in the Hospitality Department of the United States Department of Defense, Engineering Assistant at Boneal Inc., and Packaging-Shipping Coordinator as well as Public Relations Assistant at Total Hearth & Grill, Inc. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in History & Art History from Centre College, completed in 2011.
