Jennifer Vernia, Ph.D., possesses extensive experience in quality management and safety within the beverage industry, currently serving as Quality Manager at Rabbit Hole Distillery since March 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Safety, Quality, Sustainability Technician at Angel's Envy and Academic Tutor at University of Louisville Athletics. Jennifer also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Cincinnati and as a Lab Technician at Wynnstarr Flavors, where responsibilities included analytical and microbiological lab work. Jennifer's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Organic and Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and a B.S. in Chemistry from Centre College.
