Richard Farr

Richard Farr serves as the Executive Director of the Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority, known as rabbittransit, since February 2003, overseeing public transportation services across eleven counties in Central Pennsylvania. With a strong background in transportation management, Richard facilitated multiple mergers to strengthen transportation services and has previously held the position of Executive Director for Central Pennsylvania Transportation Authority and the Capital Area Transit system. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as the General Manager for Endless Mountains Transportation Authority and as Applications Manager at Robert Packer Hospital. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wilkes University, an Associate of Science from Corning Community College, and participation in the Transit Executive Seminar at the ENO Foundation.
