Aubrey Kelly, MS, MBA

Aubrey Kelly, MS, MBA has a strong professional background with diverse experiences. Aubrey currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Rabble Health since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Amgen for a significant period of time, where they held various roles. Aubrey was the Director of US Advocacy - Clinical Pathways from May 2019 to January 2020 and played a key role in driving strategic planning and governance for commercialization teams. From January 2018 to May 2019, they served as the Director of Strategy, Commercialization, & Innovation, responsible for creating alignment and enabling effective decision-making across the entire product portfolio. However, their position as Director of Strategy and Innovation was temporarily put on hold from February 2017 to January 2018 due to their role as a caregiver for their son, who was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Prior to these roles, they also worked as a Global Program Manager and Senior Program Manager at Amgen. Aubrey's earlier experiences include positions as a Project Manager at the Center for Operational Efficiency, Innovation, and Process Improvement, and as a Manager of Global Development Operations. Before joining Amgen, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Cramer Decker Medical and gained experience as a Sport Science Intern at USA Swimming at the Olympic Training Center. With their extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles, Aubrey Kelly has a strong foundation for making strategic decisions and effectively managing teams.

Aubrey Kelly, MS, MBA, has a strong education background that includes two advanced degrees. In 2003, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science at Willamette University. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Biology at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, completing the program in 2008. Later on, Aubrey Kelly enrolled in the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles - The Anderson School of Management, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies in 2012.
