Katie Cotter

Katie Cotter has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Katie began their professional career in 2015 as a Rooms Division Intern for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Katie then held various roles at the same company, including Hotel Assistant Manager, Overnight Hotel Assistant Manager, and Rooms MIT, from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Brookfield Properties as an Assistant Property Manager and Account Services Specialist. Most recently, they have been with Rabbu, Inc. since 2021, where they have held the roles of Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Director of Guest Experience.

Katie Cotter graduated from Braintree High School in 2012 and then went on to receive a Hospitality Management degree from Penn State University in 2016. In 2014, they obtained three certifications: Certified Bartender from ACE Bartending, Certified Wedding Planner from The Bridal Society, and ServSafe from the National Restaurant Association.
