Mona Alhammadi

Mona Alhammadi has a diverse work experience. Mona started their career in 2007 as an English Teacher at a Government school. In 2015, they joined Rabdan Academy and held various roles such as Specialist Curriculum Design, Program Development and Assessment, and Policies Manager. Mona later became the Act. Division Director for Institutional Research and Policies before ultimately serving as the Director of Institutional Research and Policies.

Mona Alhammadi pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Policy Studies in Education at United Arab Emirates University from 2020 to 2024, with a focus on Leadership and Policy in Education.
