Arik Decleene

Arik DeCleene began their career at Schneider in 2011, where they worked as a Financial Analyst in both the Truckload and Supply Chain departments. Arik provided financial support for various accounts, utilized accounting procedures, and conducted analysis to support business decisions. In 2013, they joined Fresenius Medical Care as an Operations Analyst, where they supported financial management, coordinated budget processes, and performed detailed financial analysis. In 2014, they joined Rabine as a Special Projects Manager, providing financial support to the CEO and COO, developing financial models, and maintaining budgets. Arik later became the Finance Director, leading business reviews and strategy meetings, and overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes. Currently, Arik DeCleene is the Chief Financial Officer at Rabine.

Arik DeCleene graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lancaster University in 2009. Arik continued their education at St. Norbert College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, along with a minor in Economics. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship from Ball State University, completing their studies in 2018.
