Kelly Rogers

Kelly Rogers has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Controller at Rabine Group since March 2011. In this role, Kelly manages an accounting department of 12 employees, oversees month-end close procedures for over 12 companies, and collaborates with the CFO on cash projections, financing, forecasting, and treasury management. Previously, Kelly held the position of Senior Accountant, implementing reconciliation procedures and designing financial processes. Before joining Rabine Group, Kelly worked as a Senior Real Estate Accountant at Northern Builders, Inc., providing financial support, teaching accounting principles, and preparing quarterly financial statements. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Decision Science from Valparaiso University and additional education from the College of DuPage.
