Ken Raines

Ken Raines is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in sports and business. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Rabine since July 2019, Ken oversees service and sales for commercial doors and docks. Prior to this role, Ken co-founded Pro Player Consultants in 2001, expanding it into a substantial operation with over 20 youth travel softball/baseball teams. Ken also held positions at American Door and Dock as an Inside Sales Representative and at Huntley Park District as a Recreation Supervisor, where Ken initiated new athletic programs and trained youth sports coaches. Ken's early career includes professional baseball experience as a pitcher with the Atlanta Braves and Texas Rangers, achieving notable accolades in both teams. Ken holds a degree from Western Michigan University, completed between 1990 and 1994.
