Belinda Webber

Belinda Webber currently serves as the Group Executive and Chief Human Resources Officer for Rabobank Australia and New Zealand since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading Human Resources and Corporate Affairs across the region and overseeing the Board People and Remuneration Committee. Prior experience includes roles at Commonwealth Bank from February 2015 to January 2021, where Belinda held several positions including General Manager for HR in various divisions, significantly supporting a workforce of approximately 20,000 employees. Before Commonwealth Bank, Belinda held senior HR positions at PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand, Microsoft, Brambles, and ANZ, amassing extensive experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, a Graduate course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an Advanced Human Resources Executive Program from the University of Michigan, supplemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Western Sydney University.
