Baharak Sabourian

Baharak Sabourian currently holds the position of Head Legal Retail and Directeur Organisaties KYC Operations Retail NL at Rabobank since September 2019. Additionally, Baharak serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Kunsthal Rotterdam and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Albeda College in the Netherlands since September 2018. Previously, Baharak was General Counsel and Company Secretary at Nedspice and held the role of Associate Director at NLFI from November 2013 to November 2017. Additional experience includes serving on the Supervisory Board of CARE Nederland and working as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Dutch Ministry of Finance, specializing in Financial Markets. Baharak's legal career began at prominent firms including Allen & Overy, AKD N.V., and NautaDutilh. Baharak holds degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam, obtained between 1996 and 2010.
