Dorothy Ho

Dorothy Ho currently serves as the Chief Administration Officer for Rabobank in Greater China, where they oversee internal processes and regulatory compliance while managing key functions such as Finance, HR, IT, and Communication. Previously, Dorothy held various roles within Rabobank, including Head of Human Resources for Hong Kong and Regional Head of Human Resources for Asia, where they contributed to organizational performance and employee engagement. Dorothy began their career as a Staffing Consultant at Microsoft Hong Kong and served as a Human Resources Advisor at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Dorothy earned their education at the University of Waterloo from 1999 to 2002.
