Harman Dhami is currently the Managing Director and Head of DCM Syndicate at Rabobank, a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, Harman served as Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions & Hybrid Capital Syndicate at RBS from 2008 to 2017. Harman's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at ABN AMRO from 2000 to 2008, and roles as an Analyst at PaineWebber and Portfolio Manager at GIB Capital. Harman studied at UCL from 1996 to 1999 and continues to be affiliated with Merchant Taylors’ School.
