Henk Richmond is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT management and software development. Currently serving as the Domain Lead Tech 4 Data & Analytics at Rabobank since October 2019, Henk oversees a team of 500 IT professionals across 58 DEVOPS teams, managing a budget of around 60 million Euro. Previously, Henk held positions including Senior IT Lead for Data, Integration & Output at Rabobank, and Manager of Agile Software Development at PGGM, where leadership encompassed application development for pension management and transformation to agile processes. Henk's career also includes impactful roles at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager in IT Strategy. Henk's educational background includes participation in executive programs at Harvard Business School and IMD, along with a master's degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Twente.
