Ilse Wage

Ilse Wage has a robust background in finance and advisory roles, having served as Vice President of Execution and Origination at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance from 1998 to 2002. They progressed to become Executive Director of Capital Structure Advisory for Corporate Clients at ABN AMRO Bank from 2002 to 2007, and later held various leadership positions at Rabobank, including Director of Financial Advisory & Solutions for midmarket companies since 2019. In addition to their extensive corporate experience, Ilse is currently a FutureMaker at FutureWomenX, where they collaborate with other leaders to drive positive change. They hold a Master's degree from the University of Amsterdam, completed in 1993.
