Karen Heuvelmans

Karen Heuvelmans is an experienced professional in sustainable business development, currently serving as Head of Sustainable Business Development for Wholesale Europe & Africa at Rabobank since August 2013. In this role, Karen is key in developing strategies for sustainable business practices with large corporate clients in the Netherlands and Africa, and leads initiatives related to the Banking the Energy Transition strategy for Europe. Previously, Karen has held the position of Industry Analyst in the Farm Inputs sector at Rabobank's RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness division and completed a traineeship within the Rabobank Group following an internship. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management, Economics, and Consumer Studies from Wageningen University & Research, along with a minor in Strategic Human Resource Management from Radboud University.
