Karst Westra

Karst Westra is an experienced professional in innovation and strategy within the financial sector, currently serving as the Innovation Transformation Manager at Rabobank since August 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the companywide Innovation Playbook. Prior to this role, Karst held positions at Nationale-Nederlanden, including Lead Business Innovation for the NN Bank mortgages and loans division, and Senior Business Innovator focusing on future service developments.
