Kim van der Leeuw

Kim van der Leeuw is an experienced professional in sustainability and impact-driven business development. Currently serving as Head of Nature Based Solutions and Carbon Business Builder at Rabobank's Rabo Carbon Bank, Kim leads initiatives to transition to regenerative agriculture while engaging farmers in climate action. As Chair of the Supervisory Board at KLABU, Kim focuses on leveraging sports for social good in underrepresented communities. Additionally, Kim holds roles as Impact Business Developer at Quivertree and Mentor at Rockstart Impact, and has co-founded ClimateClass to empower professionals for positive change. Previous positions include Entrepreneurship at Aimforthemoon, Venture Lead for HealthConnect at PharmAccess Foundation, and Co-Founder of Wander Technologies. Kim's educational background includes a Master's degree in Environment & Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
