Currently serving as a Senior Consultant LEAN (Master Black Belt) at Rabobank since March 2018, Miquel focuses on implementing Lean philosophy across strategic, tactical, and operational levels while guiding management and staff towards customer-centricity and a culture of continuous improvement.
