Natacha Lord is a risk and data analytics leader specializing in the integration of data, algorithms, and technologies to enhance business decisions while managing risk. With extensive international experience, Natacha has held key roles across various organizations, including positions as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Tesco Bank and Global Risk Analytics Manager at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Currently, Natacha serves as the Global Head of Model Risk Management, demonstrating a strong commitment to building and leading diverse and inclusive teams. Natacha earned a PhD in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde and holds multiple degrees in Mathematics from the University of Antananarivo and AIMS South Africa.
