Nicoline Russel

Nicoline Russel is the Director of Leveraged Lending at Rabobank, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as an Associate Director in Leveraged Lending and completed various roles within the organization, including assignments in Corporate Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions during the Rabo Global Traineeship. Nicoline has also worked as a research analyst at Saro Recruitment Nederland and held positions in marketing consultancy and hospitality at CBRE. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from VU University Amsterdam and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Amsterdam.
