Paul Schram

Paul Schram is the Global Head of M&A and ECM at Rabobank, with a rich career spanning over three decades in finance and advisory roles. Starting in audit at Ernst & Young, Paul transitioned to equity research and later corporate finance, specializing in the retail sector. They have held significant positions in various countries, including Hong Kong and Singapore, and served as Group Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Carlsberg. Paul is also the founder of the microbrewery Ouderkerk's Goud and combines their expertise in M&A with a passion for the beer industry. They earned a Master's degree in Economics from the University VU Amsterdam and a Craft Brewer diploma from the Scandinavian School of Brewing.
