Paulo Assis is a seasoned product manager with twenty years of experience in the banking sector, specializing in risk management within credit solutions. Currently, Paulo serves as a Product Manager at Rabobank, where they have held several executive roles focused on rural banking since 2016. Previously, Paulo worked as a Credit Specialist at Banco Rabobank International Brasil SA, where they led a team in credit analysis and the development of streamlined credit processes. Prior roles included Credit Risk Coordinator at Banco Santander and Senior Economic and Financial Analyst at Banco Bradesco, where they coordinated teams in agribusiness credit evaluation. Paulo is also pursuing a degree in Business Administration in Agribusiness from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
