Pim Willems has extensive experience in leadership and financial management, currently serving as a Leadership Facilitator at the Foundation for Natural Leadership since 2021. Since January 1998, Pim has held various senior roles at Rabobank, including Senior Vice President of Financial Recovery & Restructuring and Senior Account Manager for Special Financing. Pim's responsibilities have included leading marketing strategies for Private Banking, overseeing client advisory services, and managing the payments department within Investment Banking Services.
