Ramit Bhasin

Ramit Bhasin is the Country Executive and CEO of Rabobank India, a position held since 2021. They previously held leadership and trading roles at Citi from 1997 to 1999, culminating as Managing Director, Global Head of Dollar Swap Trading. From 2009 to 2013, they served at Royal Bank of Scotland Business in several executive roles, including Managing Director, Head of EM Trading, Head of Markets SEA and India; Chief Executive Officer, India Bank Branch; and Senior Managing Director, Head of Trading APAC, Head of Markets APAC. At HSBC (2002–2007), they were Managing Director, Head of Interest Rate Derivatives, Americas. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from City University of New York-College of Staten Island (1982–1986), an MBA in Finance and International Business from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (1989–1991), and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University in 2019.
