Shiva Jagroep

Shiva Jagroep is an experienced compliance and security professional with a diverse background in financial institutions and governmental organizations. Currently serving as an FEC Specialist at Rabobank since April 2024 and as a Compliance Consultant at Talent&Pro since April 2022, Shiva previously held positions as a CDD/KYC Analyst at International Card Services and Athora Netherlands, focusing on preventing money laundering and terrorism financing. Prior experience includes roles in security and investigation, as well as administrative functions at the Ministry of Justice and Security. Shiva holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Integrale Veiligheidskunde from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, completed in April 2022.
