Vera Liu

Vera Liu is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Director in Trade Commodity Finance at Rabobank since August 2022. Prior to this role, Vera was a Senior Manager/SVP in the Project Management Office for Banking Projects at SeaMoney from July 2020 to January 2022. Vera has also held positions including VP in the Commodities Group for South Asia at ING from July 2013 to July 2020, and AVP in Structured Trade Commodity Finance at UOB from December 2010 to July 2013. Earlier experiences include a Policy Research Summer Associate role at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore, and a Senior Associate position in Internet Banking at DBS Bank. Vera began a career as a Senior Consultant at Excelink Technology Pte Ltd from July 2003 to September 2005. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
