Yasin Bicer

Yasin BICER is a skilled mainframe system programmer with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Mainframe z/OS System Programmer at Rabobank since January 2022, Yasin previously worked as a System Z Hardware Specialist at IBM, where expertise included mainframe hardware configuration, migration, and problem resolution.
