Yolande van Den Boom

Yolande van den Boom serves as Commissaris at Rabobank Zuid Hollandse Eilanden and chair of the Remuneration Committee since June 2018. Additionally, Yolande holds the position of Commissaris at Primeale United since February 2022 and has significant experience as COO at MPS from July 2016 to November 2020, where MPS developed and managed sustainability certification for the international horticulture sector. Previous roles include COO and Operations Director at MaitrePaul - Chateraise, Interim Management QA & Sustainability for Plukon/Agroli Group, and Manager QESHR at MYWO Food Group / InterChicken. Yolande has a strong academic background, with ongoing studies in governance at Nyenrode Business University and a role in the Commissarissen Cyclus.
