Konrad Schade

Konrad Schade is currently the Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer at Rabot Energy, responsible for driving commercial expansion and establishing the company as a leading smart energy provider since November 2023. Previously, Schade served as General Manager of Global Retail Solutions and Enablement and Supplier Marketing at Wayfair, overseeing a comprehensive global commercial operating model and managing a supplier portfolio with over $2 billion in annual revenue. Prior experience includes roles as Director of EU Category Management and Associate Director of Category Management at Wayfair, as well as Project Manager and Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Schade holds a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics and a Diplomphysiker in Physics, both from Universität Heidelberg, with a strong academic record and involvement in prestigious research associations.
