Saurabh Rustagi

Saurabh Rustagi currently serves as the VP of Marketing & Brand at Rabot Energy, a position held since June 2024, where responsibilities encompass leading all marketing and branding efforts. Previously, Saurabh was the Director of Marketing for Europe at Wayfair from November 2018 to May 2024, managing key marketing functions across diverse channels including retention strategies and upper-funnel marketing initiatives. Earlier in the career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Saurabh progressed from Consultant to Principal, spearheading growth strategy initiatives and transformation efforts in Financial Services and Industrial Goods from June 2011 to September 2018. Saurabh also gained experience as an Executive Aide to the President at the Public Health Foundation of India, leading strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations from December 2006 to July 2010. Academic credentials include an MBA in General Management, Strategic Management, and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Power) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
