John Bierman is an experienced crane operator with a comprehensive background in the construction and offshore drilling industries. Since April 2024, John has served as a Tower Crane Operator at Rabren General Contractors. Prior roles include positions at Stafford Crane Group and Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, where John operated cranes from January 2022 to April 2024. John's career began with Atwood Oceanics as a Crane Operator and Deck Supervisor from January 2009 to February 2013, followed by roles at Vantage Drilling and Seadrill, where responsibilities included crane operation, crew supervision, training, and maintenance. John holds a high school diploma from Horicon High School, awarded in 1973.

In 2017, RGC created a Birmingham, AL office, providing an opportunity grow the business, recruit new talent and enter a new market.
