RABSport was founded from a lifelong passion for motorsport. Team owner Richard Barnard forged his competitive spirit in the rallying world, earning multiple regional championship titles before transitioning into a career within professional endurance racing.

Established in 2019, RABSport Racing has since built a strong record across top-level motorsport, from GT3 to LMP machinery, working alongside championship-winning teams and crews. This experience has shaped our approach, combining technical expertise with a relentless drive for success.

Today, RABSport’s mission is to climb to the top tiers of international endurance racing through a focus on driver development and performance. We are dedicated to delivering a professional, efficient, and customer-focused service — supporting both emerging and established drivers across junior and senior categories.
