Claire Foster, FCIPD, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at RAC since July 2024, Claire previously held the role of HR Director at The Midcounties Co-operative from January 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included oversight of HR Centres of Excellence and development of society-wide strategies. Additional key positions include Interim Joint Chief HR Officer and Head of HR at The Midcounties Co-operative, as well as HR and Competence Development Director at Volvo Trucks. Claire's career also includes significant roles in the Forensic Science Service, AS Watson UK, DEUTZ AG, Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, and McDonald's Restaurants Ltd. Claire holds a Post Graduate degree in CIPD from Coventry University and has furthered education at Cranfield School of Management.
