Erick Gaspar

Erick Gaspar has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Erick currently holds the position of Developer Advocacy and Experience Lead at RAC WA, where they focus on improving the developer experience and advocating for their needs. Prior to this, they served as the Developer Experience Lead and Senior Full Stack Developer at the same company, where they played a crucial role in implementing a new single sign-on solution and revamping member interactions. Before joining RAC WA, Erick worked at StarRez, Inc. as a Senior Software Developer, specializing in building scalable solutions for new market opportunities. Erick also worked as a Software Developer at LivBetter Group Pty Ltd, where they were involved in various full-stack development tasks. Additionally, Erick gained early experience as an InStep Intern at Infosys and as a System Programmer at the Private Office of HRH Prince Bandar bin Sultan in Saudi Arabia.

Erick Gaspar completed a Master of Engineering degree in Software at the University of Melbourne from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, specializing in Systems Development, from San Beda College from 2004 to 2008.
