James Pritchard

James Pritchard is a Senior UX Designer at RAC WA since February 2022, where the focus is on human-centered design to enhance member experiences and develop innovative strategies. Highlights include addressing engagement barriers among young adults and collaborating with the North Metropolitan TAFE Art and Design department. Previously, as a Design and Innovation Facilitator at Skills of the Modern Age, James designed and delivered workshops and developed an online learning platform for the Western Australia Department of Education. James also worked as a Customer Experience Designer & Planner at Scitech, handling projects related to science education and outreach. Earlier roles include Graphic Designer at JP Design Perth and extensive experience as Business Development Manager and Production Coordinator at Airflite Pty Ltd, where significant achievements in project management and bid success were noted. James holds a Diploma and Certificate IV in Graphic Design from North Metropolitan TAFE.
