RAC WA
Khushroo Mistry has extensive work experience in various positions. Khushroo started their career at Telstra as a Tester in 2004. Khushroo then joined AFG Australian Finance Group in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Developer, focusing on technical designing and code quality assurance. Mistry later took on the role of Team Lead - Integrations at AFG, specializing in architecting integration solutions using AWS serverless tools. In 2018, they joined RAC WA as a Technical Lead - Cloud, working on cloud migration projects using Microsoft Azure. Khushroo was promoted to Scrum Master Lead in 2019, where they established a scrum master chapter and helped RAC WA achieve Enterprise Agility. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Manager Agility, leading the Quality Assurance Team and Developer Advocacy Team while providing strategic direction to the Scrum Master Chapter. Since 2023, they have been serving as the Head of Engineering at RAC WA.
Khushroo Mistry's education history is as follows:
- In 2021, Khushroo enrolled at Scrum.org and pursued a degree in SPS (Scrum.org Professional Scrum).
- In 2019, Khushroo also obtained a degree in PSPO1 (Professional Scrum Product Owner) from Scrum.org.
- In 2018, Khushroo completed a degree in PSM1 (Professional Scrum Master) from scrum.org.
- From 2001 to 2003, Khushroo attended Murdoch University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology.
- From 1995 to 2000, Khushroo studied at the University of Mumbai and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance.
