Lisa Fletcher

Lisa Fletcher is an experienced professional in service design and customer experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of RAC CoLAB & Service Design (Acting) at RAC WA since August 2021. Previously, Lisa held significant roles at Scitech and Infoxchange, including Exhibitions & Interactives Manager and Senior Program Manager for the award-winning Ask Izzy project, focusing on co-design initiatives for vulnerable communities. Lisa's expertise encompasses project management, digital inclusion, and community engagement across various organizations, including Public Record Office Victoria and the Museum of Samoa. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Cultural Heritage and a Bachelor's degree in Design, equipped with a strong foundation in museum studies.
