Lynne Alldred

Lynne Alldred is an accomplished professional specializing in organisational effectiveness, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Currently serving as the Organisation Solutions Lead at RAC WA, Lynne is responsible for the research, co-design, and implementation of strategic people systems and frameworks that align with RAC's mission. Previous roles include Enterprise Design Lead and Strategic Organisational Development Lead at RAC, where Lynne played a key role in transforming the organization into a purpose-led member entity. Lynne has also gained experience at Jawun, Scitech, Lions Eye Institute, Bankwest, HBOS Australia, and Bank of Scotland in various HR and people management positions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in HRM and Psychology from the University of the West of Scotland and CIPD qualifications.
