Neil Cooke

Neil Cooke is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior roles at RAC WA since 2011, including Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer, where Neil leads the Corporate Accounting team and supports regulatory compliance and financial planning. Neil has also served as General Manager of Transformation, spearheading RAC's transformation program during the challenges posed by COVID-19. Previous roles at RAC include Enterprise Model Design Lead and Group Financial Controller, showcasing a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Prior to RAC, Neil held various finance positions at Unisys and KAZ, contributing to significant commercial operations and financial oversight. Neil's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, CPA certification, and a GAICD qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
